MEET DANIELLE ARIANO
Athletic Therapist
When I grew up I never had a clear idea of what I wanted to do for a career, I just knew I wanted to be in health care. I danced throughout high school so someone had suggested athletic therapy. I started my bachelors degree still not completely sold on the profession but as soon as I started my first internship with Judo Quebec I knew I found my calling.
I Graduated from Concordia University in Montreal and was certified in 2014. After graduation, I did 2 years of Osteopathic studies at Centre Ostéopatique du Québec. I’m also a first aid instructor through the red cross and maintain my sports first responder certification. I have taken multiple courses in concussion as well as manual treatment techniques including cupping. I’ve covered a large variety of sporting events but focused on martial arts including, Judo, Karate and Tae Kwon Do. I’ve covered everything from local to internal level events.
I keep up to date in new research for musculoskeletal rehabilitation and use the knowledge to provide the best treatments possible. I use exercise therapy, manual therapy techniques and different modalities to treat a variety of injuries to the bones, joints, and muscles of the body.
